Odds displayed on the ph177 sports betting platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. ph177 covers PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, sabong, and other sports and events as published on the Platform from time to time.

ph177's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph177 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph177 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or civil unrest.
ph177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where ph177 reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the account poses a fraud, money laundering, or regulatory risk; (c) the player is under 21 years of age; or (d) continued operation of the account is contrary to ph177's legal or regulatory obligations.
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure for breach of these Terms.
You may request closure of your ph177 account at any time by contacting ph177 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
